I had the pleasure of staying at Merlindale for two nights in the Deluxe King Room. From the moment I arrived, Paul greeted me warmly and offered homemade shortbread and tea, which was such a lovely touch. The room was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable, with a fantastic en-suite bathroom that felt spacious. Breakfast was another highlight. the homemade granola and full Scottish breakfast were delicious and abundant. I felt special with the personal touches throughout my stay. The only downside was the distance from certain tourist attractions, which required some planning. the warm hospitality made the effort worthwhile. I would definitely return anytime I'm in Crieff.

Stylish and cozy vibes
We had the best stay! The Orchid Super King Room was super spacious and warm, and that shower. wow! Paul and Helen really made us feel at home with their warm hospitality. Fresh fruit and gluten-free breakfast options were a nice touch. Only hiccup? The pillows were a bit on the soft side for our liking.

Couple's gem of a stay
We were blown away by the homemade shortbread left in our room, not to mention the wee dram of whiskey, such a classy touch. Breakfast was a whole experience, it was delicious and all made to order – I must say, the Full Scottish could fuel an army!
It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly worth every penny.

We truly enjoyed our stay, and the kids loved the charming house. A highlight was indulging in homemade shortbread while admiring the thoughtful decor. The breakfast was a real treat, made personal and delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy everyone.
My wife says that the pillows were a bit too soft for comfort.
